Align your chakras.
Chakras are the energy centers of the body through which our life energy flows. When they are out of alignment, blocked or closed, we feel unbalanced, unhealthy and out of sorts. In order for our bodies and minds to function at a healthy level, we must keep our chakras healthy and functioning.

The way we breath may seem irrelevant to a healthy mind and body, but it is actually a key factor in our overall health and well-being. Most people breathe very shallow and prevent their bodies from benefiting from deep, cleansing breaths. Have you ever been over-excited from either something good or bad happening? The first thing you often hear when someone is trying to calm you down is “take a deep breath”. This is true all of the time. It is important to train yourself to take deep, long relaxing breaths on a regular basis. You will actually begin to feel your body relax and become less tense. You will feel more relaxed and energetic all at once.
Focus your energy and keep your boundaries.
All too often we envelop ourselves in the lives and problems of others. Without realizing it, we absorb their negative vibrations and energies into our own bodies. This causes us to become unbalanced and possibly even more susceptible to illness, infection and even depression. Maintain balance and boundaries and protect your body’s healthy energy.
Allow yourself time to recharge.
Not only can we absorb negative energy from others, we can also expend our energies dealing with daily pressures and taxing situations. Take the time to cleanse and re-charge your body through meditation and maintain your own inner peace and contentment. Protect your holistic health.
